This is by far the best DQ I've ever been to. The food is quality here, usually accurate on special orders, includes cheese curds, and the staff is some of the best around. It's in a pretty nice location of West valley, which serves food very quick for the amount of business they get.

Seriously high prices for minimal desserts. The banana split was pretty lame. One or 2 pieces of strawberry and barely a piece of pineapple. One half of a banana. Barely a scoop of vanilla soft serve. Better to go get frozen yogurt. At least you get quality and what you pay for, even if it is a barely a bit higher priced. Dairy Queen is not even close to what it used to be.

Okay I tried this place AGAIN. Still not happy with the food. I remember when I was growing up just down the road. I remember when it was the big new place out here. IT'S TERRIBLE NOW. Not at all like it used to be. It used to be really really good. Not real beef . It tastes fake. Like some kinda low fat no fat fake burger. The fries are tough. Like the grease is old. I used to love going there to eat... GONE WITH THE TIMES. NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY THIS PLACE CHANGED.

Worst service ive ever had. I can see the cooks just standing around while the servers are trying to deal with a rush. Fire your cooks and hire people who actually want to do their job. Not to mention all the food was stale, we had ordered in advance and still had to wait 20 minutes for our food. Not worth your time or money. Wasted 50$ on two stale meals and pretzels, Go to Arctic Circle or McDonalds

I ate their chicken strip basket November 5th and got horrible food poisoning. I’ve never puked so much in my life (and diarrhea). Having lupus, this couldn’t been much worse.

Bought 2 meals, was only given 1 drink and 1 sundae. Had to convince the gal at the drive up window that she owed me another sundae and another drink. Took way longer than it should've. Hopefully, it was an isolated incident. I'll be back.
